Ingredients
- 2 cupsflour
- 200gbutter
- 1 tspsalt
- 1/2 cupcold water
Instructions
- 1In a bowl, mix flour and salt.
- 2Cut cold butter into small cubes and work into the flour until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- 3Gradually add cold water, mixing until a dough forms.
- 4Roll out the dough into a rectangle, fold it into thirds like a letter, and chill for 30 minutes.
- 5Repeat the rolling and folding process 4-6 times, chilling between each fold.
- 6Roll out to desired thickness before using.
